There will be an unusual departure from the normal at the annual convention in the Navan O'Mahonys centre on Monday, December 7th with no printed literature of motions, nominations and reports available on the night.
The relevant information will be emailed to the clubs with secretary Francis Flynn stating that 700 euro will be saved by not having the data printed.
It was announced that up to 20 clubs had been allocated Leinster Council grants totalling €109,000.
