Dunganny opening, Race Day, and annual draw coming up

Official opening of Dunganny on September 19th
Chairman Conor Tormey reminded delegates of some upcoming events at the specially convened meeting of the County Committee on Monday night.
The official opening of the Dunganny facility will take place on Saturday, September 19th with GAA president Aoghan O Fearghaill and Leinster chairman among the special guests.
The annual race day at Fairyhouse will be held on Sunday, November 29th when the number of tables will be reduced from 130 to 45. However, it is hoped to yield the same profit.
The annual draw will have a first prize of 10,000 euro with trips to Cheltenham and Aintree also to be won as well as a number of other cash prizes. Tickets will be 25 euro each.
