The only position up for grabs was the third spot. Nobber and Kilmainham were already assured of a place in the knock out stages. Dudley Farrell's charges had an easy win over Clann Na nGael to finish in pole position. Kilmainham had 14 points to spare over Cortown. St Michaels staged a late rally to earn a share of the spoils with Donaghmore Ashbourne and take the third qualifying position. Clann Na nGael will face the dreaded relegation battle.
