Philip O'Brien is the new county under-21 hurling manager.
At the previous county committee meeting there was nobody for the post but the Wolfe Tones man has stepped into the breach with Ken McKenna (Donaghmore / Ashbourne) and Pearse Tracey (Portumna) his assistants.
