Meath's Eoin Marsh

The Meath hurling team shows one change in personnel from their last outing against Kerry for the Ring Cup quarter final clash with Kildare in Trim.

Eoin Marsh comes in for Charlie Bird. The Kilmessan player replaced Bird in the opening half of that defeat to Kerry in Tralee. James Toher moves to full forward while Damien Healy dons the number 8 jersey. Dual star Mickey Burke mans the centre back position.

The two counties have met twice this year already with the Lilys holding the upper hand on both occasions. In the opening round of the NHL Division 2B Kildare recorded a comfortable 0-24 to 0-14 win. They also met in the league decider in early April and again the Lily Whites came out on top 0-22 to 0-17. Holders Kildare also defeated Meath in last years Ring Cup semi final.
