A big crowd is expected at Pairc Tailteann this Sunday for the Meath senior football championship final and the junior replay.

It will be a unique double for Colm McManus. The popular Gaeil Colmcille clubman is the man in the middle for the senior decider between Donaghmore Ashbourne and Navan O'Mahony's. Colm has taken charge of numerous club championship games this year. He was also stand by referee for the All Ireland ladies JFC final and  officiated at the ladies SFC final between Seneschalstown and St Ultans.

To round off a memorable year Colm heads off to Abu Dhabi. "What a way to end the year off to abu dabhi on 26 november to referee at middle east international gaelic games 7 aside tournament , all expences paid . Happy days" stated the Kells man on his Facebook page,

One of the most promising up and coming referee's in the county Jason Smyth is handed the junior football final replay between St Peters Dunboyne and Cortown. Jason, a son of former Meath goalkeeping great Donal, has refereed numerous juvenile and minor finals this year and also took charge of the Division 4 league decider between Longwood and St Marys. Jason will no doubt be hoping that his club Navan O'Manohys land the senior championship.

Pairc Tailteann is the place to be this Sunday.
