Meath minor manager Stephen Masterson has made three changes to his team that defeated Kildare in the quarter final for the All Ireland Minor B hurling championship final at Nenagh this Saturday.

Meath defeated Kildare 0-14 to 2-7 at Trim and were given a walkover by Westmeath in the semi final.

Josh Wall, Martin Healy and Gavin McGowan come in. Liam Carey, Mark Slevin and Alex Walsh are the players to make way.

Team captain Charlie Bird makes the starting XV. The Boardsmill and county dual star came on for his club in championship action two weeks ago after under going an appendix operation.

Ratoath's Gavin McGowan, who has been out injured since Meath took on Carlow in the Leinster minor football league last February comes in at full forward. McGowan was listed to start against the Lilywhites.

The starting XV includes two sets of twins, Jack and Charlie Bird along with the Ryan boys Ross and Ronan.

Meath travelled to the same venue last year to take on Kerry in the 'B' decider. The Royals will be keen to atone for that 1-19 to 3-8 defeat.

Gavin McGowan, Charlie Bird and Kyle Dixon started that day against the Munster men.
