Curraha earned their first ever senior football group stage win, bragging rights for Seneschalstown, a late goal for Summerhill and important wins for Donaghmore Ashbourne, Dunshaughlin and O'Mahonys.
Our Best XV from a rain interrupted Round 3 of the football championship.
Dominic Yorke Meath Hill: Always looks comfortable between the posts and chipped in with two points in their surprisingly easy win over Oldcastle at Ballinlough.
James O'Reilly Navan O'Mahonys: Handled the threat of Kells danger man Seamus Mattiomoe very well and as always covered every blade of the Ballinlough pitch.
Seamus Lavin Dunboyne: The rock at the heart of the Dunboyne defence. Had a very interesting tussle with fellow county man Shane Walsh at Pairc Tailteann.
Ben Wyer Ratoath: Will wonder how he ended up on the losing side. Very prominent in a rearguard that conceded just eleven scores against Summerhill.
Davy Dalton Summerhill: Listed at 14 but operated to great effect in the sweeper role in that late, late win over Ratoath at Navan.
Gavin McCoy Dunboyne: Would love to read the county man's GPS tracker after games. Once again phenomenal work rate and tidied up in defence time after time in their win over Na Fianna.
James McEntee Curraha: The driving force behind the 'Ha's historic win. Scored two points as Simonstown were stunned at Skryne.
Bryan Menton Donaghmore Ashbourne: Brought his county form back to his club with a great display that yielded three points in their win over Rathkenny at Duleek.
Dan Ormsby Dunshaughlin: Great work rate around the middle sector and got a crucial goal just before the break in their win over St Pats at a wet Ashbourne.
Bryan Clarke Seneschalstown: His place-kicking revived memories of the club's glory days in the late 'noughties' as neighbours Skryne were put to the sword.
Mark O'Sullivan Moynalvey: Outstanding work rate from the centre forward, chipped in with two points and had a hand in numerous scores in their win over Longwood at Summerhill.
Cian Ward Wolfe Tones: His tally of five points included some outstanding scores as Tony Kearney's charges got back on track with a win over St Colmcilles.
Robbie McCarthy Dunboyne: Continues to produce the goods for the Keegan Cup holders. Scored 1-7 in the win over Na Fianna.
Stephen Bray Navan O'Mahonys: The former All Star continues to shine for his club. Scored four points and was the standout player in their win over Gaeil Colmcille.
Cathal Finnegan Seneschalstown: His second-half scoring exploits, 1-5 tilted the tie in his side's favour as the Yellow Furze men earned the bragging rights at Pairc Tailteann.
