Dunboyne got their All County Division 1 B Football League off to a winning start with a comfortable win over Donaghmore Ashbourne in Ashbourne.

A five star showing from Michael Dunne paved the way for victory, the full forward scored 2-3. The winners led 3-2 to 0-3 at the break. Sean O'Rourke, Cathal Lacey and Jason Daly also raised green flags.
