There was little to separate Drumbaragh NS and Rathfeigh NS in the Girls Division 5 football final.

Late points from captain Abbi O’Higgins and Nadine Corcoran saw Drumbaragh prevail by the narrowest of margins.

Drumbaragh won the Division 5 title for the first time ever back in May and all except one of last year’s team featured again on Saturday.

Rathfeigh were 1-2 to 0-4 to the good at the halfway stage thanks to an Aine Keogh goal but were caught on the line by the holders.
