Bective/Dunsany 4-13 Nobber 2-4

Bective/Dunsany produced a fantastic display of football in the Under17 Division 5 final. Played in Glorious conditions in the Meath Centre of Excellence in Dunganny, Bective/Dunsany were in contol for most of the game.

Leading from the start every one of the players produced fine displays throughout the field from goalkeeper Charlie Savage to Adam Halligan.

Jack Cottrell produced a great display of running and shooting from distance. Mark Dowdall played the sweeper role to perfection and was helped immensely form midfielders Paul O'Breidn and Sean Vaughan who cover when he went forward.

Tadg Mollhan Maguire Dylan Mulvey and David Hacket were superb in the full back line keeping the north Meath side to a point in the first half.

Nobber rallied in the second period and caused the south Meath side problems in the second half.

But the Bective/Dunsany side withstood their rally with great displays from Eoin Jack Keoghan, Cian Maguire, Lorcan Keoghan Con Fitzpatrick Alex Smyth and Evan Murphy.

In attack Breen McCullough Aaron O'Connor, Con Smith and Glenn Sheeran were causing mayhem for the nobber defense and with Dylan Cassidly and Ronan Garvey provided excellent service the the on-rushing attackers it.

A great team performance by all.
