MOYNALTY 1-05, BALLIVOR 2-09

Moynalty came up against a better Ballivor side and suffered their first defeat in A League Division 4 in Ballivor.

Moynalty socred five points in the first half two from Paul Lynch, two from Michael Cahill, and one from Paddy Byrne and went in at the break 0-5 to 1-4 in arrears. 

Ballivor dominated in the second half and outscored the visitors 1-5 to 1-0, Moynalty's only score coming from the boot of Paddy Byrne.

This was a disappointing display from Moynalty, but it is only the begining of the year. There will hopefully be better results to come. Full time score Moynalty 1-05, Ballivor 2-09.
