St Brigids 0-11 St Marys 0-10
A clear sky and cool temperatures made for great conditions as St Brigids travelled to Donore to face St Marys GFC in their third game of the league.
From the start both teams gave the game their all, but it was the Brigids who would travel back home with the win.
Good points from Kevin Gilsenan and Conor Farrelly, and a great goal save from Darragh Moore made sure St Brigids were in front at the half time whistle.
The visitors dominated possession in the early second half exchanges and were rewarded with scores to keep them in front. Marys narrowed the lead to the minimum in the closing stages however soild defending and good use of possession ensured St. Brigids would leave with their third win of the season.
