Dardis takes the reins at Castletown

Brendan Dardis

Summerhill's Brendan Dardis has been installed as Castletown senior football manager for 2018. The former Wexford and Meath ladies football team manager takes over from Hank Traynor.

Castletown failed to qualify for the knockout stages of the IFC in a group that included eventual winners Curraha but finished the year on a winning note by beating Skryne in the Division 3 B FL final.

The club also held it's AGM and the officers elected were
