After four years in the making, the 'History of Aghamore GAA' official book launch will take place this Friday 26th May at 9.00pm at a specially convened function in the Parke Hotel in Kiltimagh. It promises to be a very entertaining night of nostalgia and reminiscing, as generations of former and current Aghamore GAA players, officers and supporters convene for this once in a lifetime colloquial occasion.

 

Master of Ceremonies on the night will be Angelina Nugent from Mid West Radio, with many interviews throughout the evenings line-up. Famed GAA commentator Micheal O'Muircheartaigh will be guest interviewee on the night and will officially perform the launch of the 400 page publication.

 

The book will be on sale on the night and is keenly priced at Euro30 and is a must read for anyone who has a passing interest in Aghamore GAA Club. The occasion is a free event and food will be served on the night. An open invitation is extended to all who wish to come along and be part of the momentous occasion for Aghamore GAA Club.

 

For anyone unable to attend, it is planned that the event will be streamed live. More information will follow on the live streaming later in the week on the Aghamore Facebook and Twitter feeds.
