There's set to be more fixture chaos out west this Bank Holiday weekend with Monday's Connacht intermediate hurling semi-finalists facing a hectic schedule, to say the least.

The winners of Sunday's Mayo senior hurling championship final replay between champions Ballyhaunis and Tooreen will have less than 24 hours to prepare for their Connacht club IHC semi-final, which takes place the following afternoon in Athleague against the Roscommon champions.

Four Roads and Oran will have to battle it out again tomorrow afternoon to decide the Rossies' senior hurling champions for 2016, giving them less than 48 hours to be ready for their provincial last four clash with winners from Mayo.

Oran were beaten in the county intermediate football championship final replay last Saturday by Kilmore, who had to line-out for their Connacht club IFC first round clash less than 20 hours later.

The Kilmore GAA club has since formed the first local branch of the new Club Players' Association (CPA) after being forced to play two big championship games in the space of 20 hours.

Here's the teams' fixture schedule for the weekend in full:

Saturday, October 29th

Roscommon SHC final replay
Four Roads v Oran, Athleague, 3pm

Sunday, October 30th

Mayo SHC final replay
Ballyhaunis v Tooreen, Ballyhaunis, 1pm

Monday, October 31st

Connacht club IHC semi-final
Four Roads/Oran (Roscommon) v Ballyhaunis/Tooreen (Mayo), Athleague, 2.30pm
