Mayo junior football champions Louisburgh have been handed a walkover by their Leitrim counterparts Aughavas next weekend.
The teams were due to meet in the preliminary round of the Connacht club JFC on Sunday, but Aughavas have conceded the game which means Louisburgh receive a bye into the semi-finals where they will face the Galway champions (either St. Gabriel's or Oranmore-Maree) on November 6.
Boosted by the return of former Mayo star Austin O'Malley to their ranks this year, Louisburgh were crowned Mayo junior kingpins yesterday week following a 0-10 to 0-9 victory over Balla.
