A Cillian O'Connor inspired Ballintubber secured a comfortable 6-14 to 1-9 Mayo SFC quarter-final success over Garrymore today.

The county star clocked up a remarkable 4-4 in the 20 point win while Jason Gibbons and Alan Plunkett also got in on the goal scoring act.

Meanwhile, All-Ireland Club finalists Castlebar Mitchels came from behind to knock out Ballaghaderreen out on a scoreline of 3-13 to 1-13.

Ballintubber and Castlebar will now meet in the last four while Breaffy and Knockmore are set to square up to each other in the other semi-final.
