Andy Moran could be restored to the Mayo team for their upcoming All-Ireland SFC Round 2B qualifier against Fermanagh after bagging 3-7 in a club game yesterday.

The most capped Mayo footballer of all-time was in sparkling form as he helped Ballaghaderreen secure their place in the quarter-finals of the Mayo SFC with a 5-11 to 2-9 victory over Kiltane. All bar one point of the veteran forward's impressive tally came from play as he put himself in line for a starting place against the Erne County after being confined to a late substitute appearance in last Saturday week's shock Connacht SFC semi-final defeat to Galway.

In the weekend's other Mayo SFC ties, champions Castlebar Mitchels defeated Ballinrobe 5-10 to 0-9, Aghamore were 1-13 to 0-9 winners over Hollymount-Carramore, Crossmolina edged out neighbours Ballina 1-7 to 0-7, Garrymore accounted for neighbours Davitt's by 1-13 to 1-10, last year's runners-up Breaffy saw off Claremorris 3-15 to 1-11, Knockmore eased to a 2-17 to 0-5 win over Ballyhaunis, while Ballintubber bounced back from their opening round loss to Hollymount-Carramore with a 2-17 to 1-4 hammering of Charlestown.
