Tom Cunniffe and Cillian O'Connor will make their first competitive starts of the year for Mayo in Sunday's Allianz Football League meeting with Monaghan.

Cunniffe takes over from Michael Hall at left corner back with Alan Freeman making way for O'Connor at full forward.

Also coming in are Robbie Hennelly, Patrick Durcan and Seamus O'Shea.

The other players to lose out from the side that were beaten by Tyrone are David Clarke, Colm Boyle and Mickey Conroy (injured).
