St Fechins AGM took place in Forge Field Café on Friday December 30th 2016. The following positions on the Club Committee were filled on the night:

Secretary: Frank Hughes

Assistant Secretary: Maire Devine

Treasurer: Mary Briscoe

Assistant Treasurer: Cathal Ryan

PRO: Donancha O'Connell

Cultural Officer: Donal Lynch

Registrar: Michelle Mooney

Health & Wellbeing Officer: Anthony Duff

Development Officer: Niall Carolan

Childrens Officer: Colm Mulholland

County Board Representatives: Michael Holcroft & Vincent McGlew

 

In his address on the night Chairman John McEvoy congratulated our teams on a fantastic year where St Fechins teams excelled on and off the field. He also thanked all St Fechins players, coaches, supporters and sponsors for all their efforts this year and wished them success in 2017.

 

St Fechins and Louth Hurler Seaghan Conneely is nominated for Drogheda Independent Sports Star of the Year Award after his goal scoring heroics for Louth in Croke Park. We hope that all St Fechins supporters will fill in and return the form in the Sport section of the DI.

 

St Fechins have a number of players involved with county squads at the moment and we wish them the best of luck in their upcoming matches.
