Colin Kelly wasn't impressed with Louth's performance against London.
The Wee County are determined to bounce back from back-to-back relegations in the Allianz League, but Kelly fears they won't earn promotion from Division 4 on the evidence of yesterday's display in Darver.
"It wasn't good," he admitted to the Irish Daily Star.
"We missed a lot of chances in front of goal, but at least it's a winning start. It was disappointing and there's no point in going away from that fact. We wouldn't be happy with what we did.
"We'll need an improvement in Waterford, but we got two points on the board so it's the start we were looking for even if we didn't get the performance we were looking for. It's goes without saying that promotion is the aim, but it will have to be a long way better than it was today for that to happen."
