Naomh Fionnbarra & St. Annes Club Notes

There was no jackpot winner in Naomh Fionnbarra G.F.C. and St. Anne's Camogie Club Lotto draw held on Wednesday 19th August.  The winning numbers were 1, 3, 22, 28. There were 3 match 3 winners James Markey, Wyanstown, Heather Harmon, Salterstown Hill and Brian Callan, Clonmore who won €50 each.  Next weeks jackpot stays at €10,000, with the reserve jackpot rising to  €3,200.   Tickets are available from the usual local outlets, Lotto sellers and any committee member.  Funds raised from our Lotto draw go towards the running of the club and your support is greatly appreciated.

On Tuesday 18th August the Naomh Fionnbarra U-12 team beat Naomh Martin 3-9(18) to 3-7(16) in the League Semi Final of the Division 3 League B Competition at Monasterboice.  Well done lads. 

On Thursday 20th August the Naomh Fionnbarra U-13 team beat Oliver Plunketts 6-6(24) to 3-9(18) in Division 4 League Round 5 at Mell, Drogheda.  The lads are motoring nicely at the top of Division 4, well done lads.

On Saturday 22nd August the Naomh Fionnbarra U-14 team lost to Clan na Gael 8-6(30) to 0-3(3) in the U-14 B Championship Group 3 Round 2 at John Markey Park.  Hard luck lads.

The club would like to give our best wishes to one of our players Andy McCann and his partner Jill on the birth of their baby daughter Maggie.

The club would like to express our deepest sympathy to the family of Lucy McGrane Adamstown, Drumcar who passed away recently.
