There was no jackpot winner in Naomh Fionnbarra G.F.C. and St. Anne's Cammogie Club Lotto draw held on Wednesday 1st April.  The winning numbers were 1, 4, 22 & 28. There were 5 match 3 winners - Gerry Sheridan, Drumcar, Tommy Shevlin, Drumcar, Thomas McQuillan, 7 An Rian, Annagassan, Finbar Donoghue c/o Anne, Colum Corrigan c/o Sheila Woods who won €30 each.  Next weeks draw takes place on Wednesday 8th April and the jackpot stays at €10,000, with the reserve jackpot rising to  €1,150.   Tickets are available from the usual local outlets, Lotto sellers and any committee member. 

Our Junior 2 team had an excellent win over Mattock Rangers in Division 4B League at John Markey Park on Saturday evening.  Mattock were in full control in the first half and were good value for a 1-8(11) to 0-4(4) half time lead.  The Barrs half time team talk worked wonders and they were a changed team in the second half.  A goal from Mairtin Murphy and 2 more goals from Jack Butterly were vital to the second half comeback.  Final score: Naomh Fionnbarra 3-6(15) Mattock Rangers 1-8(11).
