New Year's Day Community Walk
Get your walking shoes on and shake away those cobwebs!
Cuchulainn Gaels in conjunction with Scoil Naomh Lorcan Omeath and Scoil Naomh Brid Omeath are hosting a community walk along the new greenway on New Year's Day! All members of the community are urged to join in. There are no costs involved although donations are most welcome and all proceeds will be donated directly to Down Syndrome Louth / Meath! Meet at Tain entrance to the Omeath Greenway @ 11am sharp! Refreshments will be provided afterwards in the Granvue Hotel Omeath.

Chairpersons Address - From Kieran Cunningham:
Cuchulainn Gaels had a very successful year both on and off the field. 2014 saw our men's team compete in the Kevin Mullen Shield division 3 league and Junior Championship for the first time making club history. Our ladies team are currently recruiting for the 2015 season.
U16 boys participated in division 4 league, reaching the final of the play offs and semi-final of the C championship.U16 girls competed in division 4 and championships for their very first time this year reaching the final of the shield. U12 girls began training this year and will be participating in competition next year. U12 competed in division 3 and won the division 3B league fin al.
Our U11 competed in the Argus / Drogheda Independent league. U11's also represented North Louth in Croke Park in April at the launch of the National Co Games. They did their club and county proud. Congratulations to all involved!
On behalf of the club I would like to thank the committee and coaches of the 2014 season for their hard work. Also special thanks goes out to our main sponsor Morgan Fine Fish and to all the sponsors throughout the year.
