Thornton Confirmed as County Coach

Cooley Kickhams clubman Seamus Thornton is to be unveiled as the new fitness and conditioning coach for the Louth Senior football team. With manager Aidan O'Rourke's departure in July there has been a total overhaul of the backroom team behind the scenes and Thornton's appointment is the first of a number changes to be confirmed.
The experienced referee who recently officiated in the Kevin Mullen plate final in Darver last month has been a referee in the wee county since the mid 1990's.
