Former Louth manager Peter Fitzpatrick says all aspects of Louth GAA need to be reviewed.

The Wee County endured a very disappointing 2014 season, culminating in manager Aidan O'Rourke's decision to step down last week.

His predecessor in the Louth managerial post has called for a root-and-branch review of structures in the county:

"We need to review all the structures within in the county from underage and development to senior team," 'Fitzer' notes in The Dundalk Democrat.

"I remember during my last term I had no communications with the managers of the minor or U21 teams at all.

"There's an awful lot of work needed to sort this out."
