Division 1: On Sunday we travelled to Dundalk to play the Gaels and came away with a good win but because of a melee and some confusion that the game was called off when the opposition left the field but then returned, this could have been not the start to the league we wanted. With all the debate around the Sky GAA deal they could have shown this free for all as an appetizer for their pay per view wrestle mania or prize-fighter contests. Not nice to look at but every man is entitled to defend himself, and back in the day there's not many of us that would not be in the middle of it! However it two points in the bag and an 11 point win. We play at home next Sunday versus Kilkerley Emmets at 3.00pm.

Bingo: Bingo will continue in our clubrooms this Wednesday 16th April at 8.00pm, jackpot €1,800 in 48 numbers. All welcome, last week we give away €1330 in prize money. Wednesday 16th April is our first anniversary and we will have Extra Prizes on the night to say 'Thank You' for your support. Special Good Friday bingo at 8.00pm.

Social Dancing: There will be social dancing on Saturday 19th April in our clubrooms from 9.00pm, Music by Images, and also on Easter Monday 21st April, music by Black Lace, admission €10 and refreshments will be served.

Training: Juvenile training will continue in the Grove this coming Friday 18th April at 5.30pm and don't forget your gumshield.

Fun-Cycle: Fancy a fun or novel way to travel to the Leinster Championship match with Louth and Westmeath on 17th May 2014, try the 16th Man Championship Cycle from market sq. Dundalk to Mullingar (100k). Get a Louth cycle top and match ticket for €30, hotel and return transport also available. The cycle will also bring awareness to the "opt for Life" campaign and Joe Brolly who is also a keen cyclist will also be taking part in the cycle.
