Louth’s hurlers enjoyed a winning start under new manager Paul McCormack at DCU Dochas Eireann’s expense in DKIT last night.
The Wee County secured a 2-20 to 0-17 Kehoe Shield victory over the Dublin college.
Stephen Rafferty’s first-half goal boosted them into a 1-10 to 0-11 interval lead and they outscored the visitors by 1-10 to 0-6 after the break.
