Our girls teams end of year medal presentations for our 3 girls teams at U12 & U14 took place on Wednesday 5th December . A super end to a fab year with our U12 girls bringing home the B championship shield and our U14’s being runners up in the shield final. We also had Eoghan Darcys talented Abacus Youth Group play some tunes ahead of their upcoming fundraising event for SOSAD which will take place on Saturday 15th December at 4:30pm in the Old Abbey. Please do support this extremely worthy cause if you can.

 

Our under 14's had a great day at St Nicholas on Saturday 1st December with 9 teams competing for the Daniel Roche Memorial Cup. They played games against The Nicks, O'Raghallaighs, St. Mary's Donore and Plunkets. There were also teams there from Slane and Newtown Blues. Delighted to be invited and be involved in remembering Daniel and to be playing football in December. The players did well qualifying from our group but got beaten in the Semi Final. Enjoyable day for all and thanks to St. Nicholas GFC for hosting
