Féile Peile na NÓg 2018
During the week we got notification of the Féile Peile na NÓg team we will be hosting this June 29th, 30th & July 1st.
The travelling team are Cooraclare GAA from Co Clare. Cooraclare hope to send at least 24 players to the tournament, which will be played in Louth, Meath & Down. We look forward to meeting & hosting Cooraclare GAA.
Preparations are well under way, with our Féile committee working away in the background making preparations for the tournament.
This is a wonderful opportunity for our U14's & Roche Emmets to be part of the Féile, chances like this don't come around very often. Let's all make this a memorable occasion for our lads & Cooraclare GAA.
Remember, next Saturday is our fun 5k run/walk at the club. The boys have sponsor cards, donations welcome on the day. Come along for the fun of it & to support our lads.

Club Development
Our new ball stops have been erected on the main pitch. The funds raised from our major fundraising activity last year 'Roche Emmets presents Lip Sync' is the funds that paid for the ball stops.
Thank you to everyone who made that evening a huge success & thank you to the committee members that worked so hard to get the ball stops organised. Neither of those jobs were easy tasks when you have so many people to please. Thank you for all your efforts.
We have had some hold ups with the remodelling of our kitchen area, again committee members are working on getting us back on track. We hope to have a fully functional kitchen & porch area very soon. Thank you for your patience while this work goes on.
