Division 2 League: We travelled to Dromiskin to play our neighbours St. Josephs on Sunday morning last in the first fixture of the division 2 league and lost by two points. It was a game that we never really got going in, it took us 23 minutes to get our first score and we had a poor first half. Four points down early in the second half we got ourselves back in the game and level on the scoreboard but just could not stay the course. Next week we play Glyde Rangers in the Grove and hope for a better result, throw in 3pm, all support welcome.

Dinner Dance: Our dinner dance on Easter Sunday night was well attended and a good night was had by all. The awards on the night were as follows, division 2 and intermediate player of the year Salem Rifaie, division 6 player of the year Stefan O'Hanrahan, up and coming young player James Clerkin. Last but not least club worker of the year Tom Tuite, congratulations to all and all involved in making the night a great success.

Award: Congratulations to Louth PRO Bob Doheny and Louth GAA on winning a McNamee award for the Louth senior final programme. Not only the best in Leinster but also best in Ireland, congratulations to all involved.
