AGM: Our annual general meeting will take place on Friday 1st December at 8pm in our clubrooms, all members and intending members are requested to attend. Any amendments to the club constitution must be handed in to the secretary of the club at least 10 days before the AGM takes place. 

 

Manager: Our manager Paddy Bates has stepped down from the post and the club are now looking for a manager for the 2018 season. The club would like to thank Paddy for his commitment to the team this season and the work he put in which resulted in us winning the championship. We wish him well for the future and good luck with any other football post's he will no doubt be in line for. The club are now in the process of looking for a new manager, anyone interested or know of anyone interested please get in contact with any committee member ASAP.  

 

Bingo: Bingo will continue in our clubrooms this Wednesday 15th November at 8.00pm, jackpot €1,600 in 48 numbers.  

 

Social Dancing: There will be social dancing on Saturday 18th November in our clubrooms from 9.00pm, music by Quicksteps, admission €10 and refreshments will be served.

 

Award: Congratulations to St. Kevin's GAA on being the first club in the county to receive national recognition on becoming one of the official GAA Healthy Clubs. Twenty Leinster clubs, including St Kevin's can now proudly fly a flag above their grounds (endorsed by both Healthy Ireland and the Public Health Agency in NI), letting their members and communities know that they value health and wellbeing as much as leagues and championships. Congratulations from O'Connells GFC.

 

Course: There are Youth/Adult Award 1 courses scheduled for Clan Na Gael in Dundalk times and dates are Monday 20/11/17 from 7-9.30pm, Wednesday 22/11/17 from 7-9.30pm, Saturday 25/11/17 from 10am-3.30pm. Places must be reserved by emailing [email protected]. Cost of the course is €80. Anybody interested in taking these courses please contact the club ASAP.

 

Workshops: An exciting programme of coaching workshops coming up over the coming months.                                                                                                                                                                                        December 13th @ 7pm Darver: Transition Games: Tutor Ger Lyons Dublin academy and UCD football coach.  This Workshop is Free of Charge.                                                                                                                  January 20th Darver: Louth GAA C&G coaching conference.
