Rathcline Club Notes

April 21, 2014
Hard luck to the Intermediate team against Cashel on Friday. Cashel arrived with purpose and controlled a lot of the game. Well taken points and frees had Rathcline subdued. The lads got back into the match in the second half, but just couldnt bridge the gap. Up next is Moydow in the league.

A reminder of the Croagh Patrick climb, a wonderful day out, and a great social occasion. If you think you can take on the mountain then please contact any of our executive members.

Thanks to all whom supported the Good Friday card drive in the Parish Hall. The winners on the night were Basil Mitchell and Tom Rooney. Thanks to all for their generous spot prizes and to all who set out the hall and managed the night.

There was no outright winner of the Rathcline Lotto. The weekly Ä25 winners were, Tom Morris, Basil Mitchell, Karena Mulvihill, and Sean Keane.

Rathcline Ladies

The U 16 team recieved the points when Ballymore couldnt field. Training continues for the senior ladies on Wednesday night.

Rathcline Minors

Congratulations again to the minor club on re running the hugely succesful Lanesboros Got Talent, last Sunday night. What a show it was!

Hard luck to the Longford Minors, they put up a great display against a strong Dublin side.
