The team with youth and experience were in the contest until the final quarter with the goal proving crucial and Clonguish finishing stronger.

The Longford U21's run in the Leinster Chamionship ended as they lost out to Dublin in Portlaoise on Wednesday last by 3-07 to 0-6. Well done to club men Barry Mckeon,Fergal Sheridan, Conor Hawkins and Cormac Hughes on representing the club on the U21 panel this year.
