Saints March  On To County  Semi Final

St Patrick 0 19 Staker Wallace 2 11

A hard fought win in Rathkeale for the junior hurlers. A slow start with the concession of two early goals   and a big mountain to climb, St Patricks came alive  in the second quarter to lead by two points at half time. The Second half was a close battle throughout  but saints were always ahead on the scoreboard and were deserving  winners. This was a tough game and credit to the team for turning around an early seven point defecit and did not panic in adversity  ,a good sign for the test that awaits in the semi final. Well done  to   the panel and management

Divison 1 Playoff:

St Patricks 4 9 Galbally 2 6

An outstanding display in Rhebogue  sets up a semi final with Fr Caseys. A  major achievement  for the panel with so many underage  next year ,it was  a display  of great quality and with  the team improving with each passing game   they  can continue with confidence and should be hugely proud  tonight. Well done to all.
