Well done to senior inter county debutant Peter Casey who excelled on Sunday with a personal tally of 1-9 against Kerry in the Munster senior  Hurling League.

A goal and 3 points coming from play for Peter.

Ronan Lynch also chipped in with 0-6 5 frees and David Dempsey a second half substitution in a 4-28 to 0-16 victory.

They now await the outcome of the Cork v Clare game on Wednesday. 

 

 

The Limerick Under 21 footballers are also going well in the Leinster U21f league where they have reached the semi finals where they play Laos. 

Well done to Kieran Daly and Evan O Brien both part of the squad.

 

 

LOTTO

 

The jackpot now stands at €12700 following last Monday's draw. 

The numbers drawn were 8, 27,29,31.

The lucky dip winners were E.M Jackson, Anne Shannon, Peter Hogan and Jack Ryan.

Sellers prize went to Kevin O Connor and the house draw to Ann Kiely.

 

HURLING WALL

 

We are delighted to announce that the hurling wall is now open. This will be an important asset for our club for many years to come and no expense was spared in developing this top class facility.

To this end we request that it is respected and that the following rules are adhered to.

1. Club members only

2. No chewing gum

3. No smoking

4. No food/drinks

5. No studs/blades - runners are best suited

6. No climbing

7. No graffiti or damage of any kind

8. Not allowed to enter directly from hurling pitch without changing      footwear

 


The hurling wall will be supervised at all times and anybody seen to breach any rule will be asked to leave.

The wall will be available for casual use on Monday to Friday (unless booked by a team) from 3.30pm to 7.30pm.

Also Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 1.00pm Barry (0876399057) is generally at the clubhouse. Liam Kennedy (0876322726) can be contacted  for use between 1.00 and 3.30 (adult members only).

This will continue on a trial basis until further notice.
