Community Walking Programme:

Community Walking Programme continues on Wednesday evenings @6.45pm from Raheenagh. Killeedy Health

& Wellbeing are now registered with Get Ireland Walking. Walking Group still continues on Tuesday and

Thursday nights at the same time @6.45pm. Open to everyone and new people always welcome.

Operation transformation;

Operation transformation is back on our screens - We offer our own weigh in session every Thursday evening in

the sports complex at 6.30pm prior to the walking group commencing at 6.45pm - we record the weekly weight

loss - no individual loss recorded - just the weekly loss so it's all confidential with every individual keeping their

own record sheet. This is a great motivation for us all to lose the few pounds gained over Christmas.

Older adult Programme:

The Limerick sports partnership aims to get as many older people as possible involved in sport and physical

activity and therefore have developed older adult community sports hubs. These hubs provide a monthly come

and try 'Go For Life' sessions and a monthly circuit session. Killeedy will have 2 people trained & hopefully the

Killeedy Hub will be up and running shortly.

Facebook Page:

We will update the Killeedy Health & Wellbeing Facebook page with local events. Please follow: "Killeedy
