This was a very tight game with Oola leading all the way throughout the game at half-time it was Oola 6 points to Dromcollogher/ Broadford 4 points and then in the second half Oola and Dromcollogher/ Broadford both scored two points, to give Oola a two-point victory to win the County Junior B Football Championship title for the first time ever, the above club would to thank the management team of Jason Stokes, Liam McGraynor, Jim Barry and Mike Quaid and the backroom team of Jimmy Lacey and Christy Fitzgerald and Physio John Brudair and the panel of players lead by Mikey Clancy Captain.
Oola scored the first five points of the game with two of these coming from John Clifford, Brian Fenton, Pat Ryan Senior, David Stapleton, and then Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next three points with two of these points coming from Damien Lacey and John O'Kelly scored a pointed free to leave two points between the sides. Brian Fenton of Oola and John O'Kelly exchanged pointed frees just before the break to leave two points between the sides at end of the half. To leave the score at half-time Oola 0-6 to Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-4.
Ross Egan of Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the first point of the second half to leave a point between the sides and then Oola scored the next two points Pat Ryan Senior and Brian Fenton to leave three points between the sides. Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored another pointed free coming from Damien Lacey to leave two points between sides and then Oola had a goal chance with 57 minutes gone in the game which was taken by John Clifford which was blocked by James Noonan the Dromcollogher/ Broadford goalkeeper to leave two points between the sides at end of the game and to give Oola victory and their first ever County Junior B Football Championship title. To leave the score at full-time Oola 0-8 to Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-6.

This was a game of two halves with St. Sean's leading at the break by 2-8 to 0-3 and then in the second half we outscored St. Senan's by 1-5 to 0-2, but still lost by five points on the night to the better side on the night who won the game and the above club would like to thank the management team of Jason Stokes, Liam McGraynor, Mike Quaid, Jim Barry and Gareth Meaney and the Backroom team of Christy Fitzgerald and Jimmy Lacey and to thank the panel of players led by Cillian Fahy captian.
St. Senan's scored the first 1-1 of the game with 7 minutes gone it the game and then Shane Murphy replied with the first pointed free for Dromcollogher/ Broadford to leave a goal between the sides. St. Senan's scored their second goal of the game with 17 minutes gone in the game and then Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored two more points coming from Shane Murphy another pointed free and Cillian Fahy to leave four points between the sides. St. Senan's scored the next 7 points without reply from Dromcollogher/ Broadford to leave 11 points between the sides at the break. To leave the score at half-time St. Senan's 2-8 to Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-3.
Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the first two points of the second half coming from Dylan Kelly and another pointed free from Shane Murphy to leave 9 points between the sides and then St. Senan's scored another pointed to put 10 points between the sides. Shane Murphy scored another pointed free his fourth of the game to leave 9 points between the sides and then St. Senan's scored their last and final point of the game to leave 10 points between the sides once again. Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the last 1-2 of the game with two points coming from Declan Stack one from a free and the other from play and game came from Damien Lacey on the 55th minute of the game to leave five points between the sides at end of the game to book St. Senan's place into the West Final against Athea/ Mountcollins Rangers, on this coming Saturday December 3rd, at 3pm, venue to be announced. To leave the score at full-time St. Senan's 2-10 to Dromcollogher/ Broadford 1-08.

To our Junior B Footballers Management team led by Jason Stokes and our Junior B Footballers led by Mikey Clancy captian we were defeated by Oola on a scoreline of 0-8 to 0-6, in the County Junior B Football Championship Final.
To our U21 Footballers Management team led by Jason Stokes and our U21 Footballers led by Cillian Fahy captain we were defeated by St. Senan's on a scoreline of 2-10 to 1-08, in the West U21 A Football Championship Semi-Final
Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw
Dromcollogher/ Broadford 1-09Results of the 228th draw took place on Monday November 28th, in The Corner House, Dromcollogher and the numbers drawn were: 1, 3, 8 and 11, there was no winner of the jackpot of €6,500 and there also was two winners of Match three at €100 and each got €50 and they were Séamus Brogan, Dromcollogher and Mary Sheehan, Dromcollogher and the two lucky dips of €50 each were: Dave Buckley, Dromin and Neil Conway, Knoocktoosh, Broadford and the next draw will take place on this coming Monday night December 5th, in Neenan's Bar, Broadford, at 10.15pm sharp, the jackpot going up to €6,600 (win or share) and the match three staying at €100 (win or share). Tickets are available from any committee member or any promoter at €2 each or 3 for €5.
Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Race Night and Denis Law Noonan Memorial Match
The Denis Law Memorial Match will take place on Sunday January 1st 2017, in Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Grounds, Dromcollogher at a time to be announced and this will be proceed by The Annual Race Night which will also take place on Sunday January 1st 2017, in Skuller's Bar, Dromcollogher, at a time to be announced, promoters and committee members will be going around collecting money for horses in both Dromcollogher and Broadford for a share for owners, trainers and jockeys is €20 each and also for all of above is €50 and we will be calling your door in next couple of weeks, so please support your local GAA Club.
