Upcoming Fixtures
Senior County Championship
Fr. Caseys Vs St. Kierans, Wednesday September 16th in Newcastle West at 6.30pm

West Senior Football Final
Fr. Caseys GAA Club will host the West Senior Football Final between Drom/Braodford and Newcastle West this Saturday evening, September 5th at 6.15pm in the Inch, Abbeyfeale. This promises to be a great encounter by two very strong teams and we would love to see a large crowd present. After the game everyone is more than welcome to our GAA Clubhouse where there will be a Man of the Match presentation made.

Championship Update
Fr. Caseys Senior Footballers will now play their final group game in the county championship against St. Kierans on Wednesday September 16th in Newcastle West at 6.30pm. This game has been deferred by two weeks due to Limericks involvement in the All-Ireland U21 Hurling Final and the subsequent delay to the County Hurling Championship. Currently tied for third place in the group, victory over St. Kierans will give us a great chance of making the quarter finals but this will also depend on results elsewhere. It could come down to head to head encounters or scoring difference and no doubt it will be an anxious night for the supporters. The Fr. Caseys players will have one solitary aim and that is to overcome St. Kierans and hopefully everything else falls in place for this hard work bunch.

Fr. Caseys Minor Footballers topped their championship group and have qualified for the County Semi Final on Wednesday September 30th. Their opponents have yet to be decided for this encounter with the opposing group still having a round of games to play before the Quarter Finals take place for the second and third placed teams on both sides. With everyone returning to school and college and the lack of competitive games the management face a challenge to keep the momentum going but we've little doubt that Timmy, Eamon, Dave and Tommy will leave no stone unturned in the clubs quest to retain the county crown.
