Retired 20-time champion jockey AP McCoy and racehouse owner JP McManus were among the sell-out crowd at last night's Munster U21HC final in Ennis.
McManus, the long-time Limerick sponsor, was a happy man at the final whistle after the Treaty ended Clare's bid for a four-in-a-row of provincial and All-Ireland titles.
Antrim man McCoy, who was the retained rider for McManus' horses, later extended his congratulations to John Kiely's charges on twitter.
Great game well done limerick https://t.co/WxbisJTp2v
