Our Senior hurlers face South Liberties in the fourth match of the Championship on Sunday August 2 at 2pm in the Gaelic Grounds. Please support the team for this very important match.
Junior A footballers
Our Junior A footballers secured an important victory over Mungret in the City Championship. The first half witnessed few scoring chances as Patrickswell reached the interval at 1-1 to 0-3 ahead (Paul O'Brien 1-1).
The second half produced more attacking play from both teams. Mungret levelled the scores at 1-1 to 0-4, before points from Mark Carmody and Lar Considine established a two-point lead at 1-3 to 0-4. Mungret took the lead for the first time when they scored a goal from a shot that rattled the crossbar and broke kindly.
Patrickswell regained their composure and took control again with three consecutive points to lead by 1-6 to 1-4 with fifteen minutes left. Mungret added a point before Mark Carmody (0-1) and Lar Considine (0-2) opened a vital 1-9 to 1-5 lead with five minutes left. The game closed out with two points from Mungret; however they had run out of time and the'Well triumphed by 1-9 to 1-7.
Junior B hurlers
The Junior B hurlers suffered a 0-14 to 0-11 defeat to Mungret in their second Championship match.
Limerick U-21 hurlers

The Junior A hurlers are scheduled to play St. Patrick's in Clarina on Monday August 3 at 7pm.
U-16 hurlers
The U-16 hurlers visit Adare in the Championship on Monday July 27 at 7.15pm
U-14 hurlers
The U-14 hurlers play Murroe-Boher in Patrickswell on Wednesday July 29
