All County Hurling League Division 3
St. Kieran's 3-11
Pallasgreen 3-17
The intermediate hurlers travelled to Pallasgreen on Saturday evening last to take on the home side in the County league. Pallasgreen, plying their trade in the Premier intermediate grade, lined out with a strong side with Limerick U21 panellist and rising star Colin Ryan included in their starting fifteen. We competed well in the opening exchanges with scores from Anthony Molyneaux and Michael Enright. We went to sleep at the back for a brief period before the break, allowing Pallasgreen through to score two goals in quick succession. We entered half time trailing on a score of 3-05 to 1-08 after playing with the breeze. Pallasgreen held the upper hand for the remainder of the game. We pulled back level with 8 minutes to go with a goal from Seamus Mangan but were unable to power on and edge ahead entering the closing stages. Pallasgreen took the lead shortly afterwards when ill discipline on our part allowed the opposition to raise four white flags in a row from placed balls. This is an aspect of our game which needs to be addressed going forward. We continued to battle until the final whistle but came out second best to the East Limerick side on a score of 3-17 to 3-11. We had good performances on the night from Cillian Ambrose, Michael Enright and Padraig Trant. Preparations continue for the next County Championship game against Feenagh/Kilmeedy.
Panel: Cillian Ambrose, James Windle, Paudie McCarthy, Michael Windle, James O'Connor, Brendan McCarthy, Maurice Shine, Jack Ben Hartnett, Michael Flynn, Seamus Mangan, Anthony Molyneaux, Michael Enright, Raymond Cahill, Padraig Trant, Paddy Hartnett, Anthony Mullins

Results
U14 Football
Our footballers continued their winning ways last Monday with a trip to Monaleen. We had a very tight panel with just 16 players available for selection due to holidays or injuries. We played well from the off and really there was only one team in it on the night.  On the night 7 of our 16 players scored, mostly from play. Our panel on the night was Dan Duggan, Liam Liston, Dan Geraghty, Tomas Treacy, Arron Heffernan, Michael Shanahan, Shane Murphy, John Hayes, Michael Conlon, Eoin McEnery, Dylan Moloney, Eoin Heffernan, Sean Ryan, Arron O'Connor, Cathal McEnery and Conor Woulfe. We ran out comfortable winners with a final score of  6 17 to 1 goal from a late penalty.

U14 Hurling
Our hurlers travelled to Ballyagran last week to take on Killacolla Gaels. This was a great match with end to end play. Our boys played great on the night but unfortunately were beaten on a score of 2 11 to 2 8. Fine tough game of hurling, no shame in been beaten by one puck of a ball.

U12 football
We played Athea last week and after a good battle we finished drawing at 2 9 a-piece.

U11 Football
Our U11 footballers have had a busy two weeks, first playing the Athea U12 team and most recently Monaleen U11's. We lost the Athea game but got good experience playing an U12 team. We won against Monaleen following a good match by 3 points.
