Notes for Wednesday and Thursday 15th and 16th of April 2015

Results:

All County Football League Division 1 Round 2

Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-11
Newcastle West  0-07

This was a very tight game played down in Newcastle West, on last Sunday evening, this third win out of four games this puts into second place in the table behind Na Pairsaigh on score difference, the scorers on the evening for Dromcollogher/ Broadford were: Kevin Noonan and Damien Lacey 3 points each, Derry McCarthy and Patrick Donnelly 2 points and Paul Madigan a point.

Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the first three points of the game and with two of these points coming from Kevin Noonan one from play and the other from a free and the other point came from Patrick Donnelly and then Newcastle West replied with the next two points to leave a point between the sides.  Damien Lacey scored the last point of the half for Dromcollogher/ Broadford to leave two points between the sides at the break.  To leave the score at half-time Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-4 to Newcastle West 0-2.

Newcastle West scored the first two points of the second half to bring sides back on level terms for the first time during the game and then Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the next two points and these points came from Paul Madigan and Patrick Donnelly.  Newcastle West scored the next point to leave a point between the sides once again and then Damien Lacey scored the next point for Dromcollogher/ Broadford and then Newcastle West scored the next two points of the game to bring sides back on level terms for the second time during the game.  Dromcollogher/ Broadford scored the last four points of the game with two of these points coming from Derry McCarthy both coming from frees and the other points came from Damien Lacey and Kevin Noonan.  To leave the score at half-time Dromcollogher/ Broadford 0-11 to Newcastle West 0-07.

Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw

Results of the 146th draw took place on Tuesday Night last April7th, in The Corner House, Dromcollogher and the numbers drawn were:  7, 15, 22 and 27, there was no winner of jackpot at €2,700 and there was three winners of Match three at €100 and they each got €35 and they were: Sean Noonan, Dromcollogher, John Browne, Newcastle West and Cyril McCuirtréan, Beal an Atha and the two lucky dips winners of €50 each were: Pasty McLoughlin, Knocktoosh, Broadford and Trish Sheehan and the next draw will took place on Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw

Results of the 147th draw took place on Monday Night last April 13th, in Neenan's Bar, Broadford and the numbers drawn were: 10, 24, 29 and 32, there was no winner of jackpot at €2,800 and there also was no winner of Match three at €100 and the two lucky dips winners of €50 each were: Hannah O'Connor, Tullylease and Timmy Noonan, Dromcollogher and the next draw will took place on Monday April 20th, in O'Shea's Bar, Dromcollogher, with the jackpot went up to €2,900 (win or share) and with the match three staying at €100 (win or share).  Tickets are available from any committee member or any promoter at €2 each or 3 for €5.
