The late Shane Hourigan will be remembered with the staging of a memorial football match in Mick Neville Park, Rathkeale on Sunday, December 28 at 2pm.

A highly-regarded inter-county hurling referee, Shane died tragically in a road accident last January. His club St. Mary's / Sean Finns will take on the Limerick referees and guests.

Entry is free, but there will be collections around the ground for a couple of local charities. All donations are welcome. Refreshments will take place afterwards in Sullivan's Bar.
