Bruff manager Gary Kirby admits that luck was on their side in the county premier IHC final.
A win over Croom sees Bruff return to the senior ranks following a hard earned victory over a determined Croom side last Sunday.
Kirby admitted to the Limerick Leader that a few breaks went their way and these were the turning points in the game.
"We got a few lucky breaks," said Kirby. They had a line ball overturned and we went straight down and scored a goal," said Kirby.
"We were very nervous in the first half, very jittery. The ball would just not come up for us. We were able to rectify a few things at half time."
