Well Done
To Tom Morrissey and the entire Limerick Minor Hurling team and management on the wonderful performance in Croke Park last Sunday roll on the 7th Sept
Hard Luck
To all involved in the Limerick Senior hurling team last Sunday in terrible conditions What a wonderful performance and just beaten at the finish. The club would like to thank everyone involved for the wonderful moments they gave us this year. In 2015 we might bridge the gap and bring home the McCarthy Cup. Well done especially to Niall Moran and Dan Morrissey.
.Minor Hurling
Over the last few weeks the minor hurlers have been busy. First up was the local derby against Monaleen. Before a huge crowd in Newgarden Ahane recorded a 4 point win over Monaleen. it was a great team performance on the night. Next up was the clash against Patrickswell a tight game which could have gone either way and a draw was a fair result on the night. In the county championship to date Ahane minors have played 3 won 2 and drew one they have one match left in the group stages against Killmallock.
Clubhouse
As part of the Health and Safety new signs will be erected around the clubhouse and the playing fields in the next few days. The club would like to advise all patrons that the signs are been erected for the safety of all people entering the club and please adhere to them
