To all involved in the Limerick Senior hurling team last Sunday in terrible conditions What a wonderful performance and just beaten at the finish. The club would like to thank everyone involved for the wonderful moments they gave us this year.

We are looking forward to 2015 when we hope to go one stage further .

Special mention for Shane Dowling, David Breen, Kevin Downes, Cathal King and Alan Dempsey all part of this panel and to Paul Beary who had the team well prepared.


Limerick Minors

We wish the Limerick minor hurlers the very best wishes next Sunday in the All Ireland semi final versus Galway.

Ronan Lynch, Peter Casey,Thomas Grimes and Conor Boylan all part of the panel.


Intermediate Footballers


Round 4 of the Intermediate Football Championship saw us come up against Bruff in Caherconlish.

We played well in patches and got some good scores from Kieran Daly who was a livewire throughout , Aaron Costelloe, Noel Shannon and Cian Coady.

However it was our concession of some soft goals which ultimately cost us the match.

We conceeded three first half goals and traailed by two points at half time 3-2 to 1-6.

In the second half we scored two good goals courtesy of Cian Coady and Andrew O Byrne but again we conceeded two more goals to be edged out by a solitary point 5-5 to 3-10

The jackpot is now €19,000 following last weeks draw.

The numbers drawn were 14, 27, 29, 31. No jackpot winner.

Our Junior Hurlers were also in action in the City when they were defeated 0-21 to 0-18 by Crecora.


Our senior hurlers are back in action on Tuesday 18th when we travel to Askeaton to take on Granagh Ballingarry.
