This weekend sees an important club fundraiser in the shape of bag-packing at Dunnes Stores, Childers Road. This venture generates much needed financial support for the clubís underage structure, and all those associated with Cumann Chlochain are urged to offer an hour of their free time to help out. The event takes place on Thursday 18th, Friday 19th and Saturday 20th of December, and anyone interested in volunteering can contact Andy Cunneen on 087-9032097 for details of rotas. The club is pleased to announce details of its New Years Eve party, featuring live music by Red Vixen followed by DJ. Tickets are Ä10, and are available through Leo OíConnor on 087-2518640. The Club lotto draw took place on Monday last, the 15th. There was no winner, and next weekís jackpot will be Ä8, 200.
