Patrickswell GAA notes

December 15, 2008
The main event this week is our Juvenile & Camogie club's Annual Christmas draw.  There's a great selection of prizes to be won, especially for sports lovers!  The first prize is a fantastic trip for two people to Manchester United versus Liverpool at Old Trafford.  As a second prize, we have a superb trip for two people to the 2009 All-Ireland Hurling Final.  The winner of our third prize will take home a TV/DVD combo. The draw takes place in the Dark Horse on Saturday 20th December at 10pm.  Tickets cost ¬2 each or a bargain ¬5 for a book of three.  Don't worry you can purchase tickets until draw-time.  Please remember that Patrickswell GAA Club is a voluntary organisation and requires your continued generosity to operate. The Under 15 hurlers will have to wait until 2009 to conclude the current season.  The Fr. McNamee Cup Final (City) against Na Piarsaigh has been postponed until next year.  Finally, Patrickswell GAA Club wishes all its players and members a Merry Christmas and happy New Year.
